in the Lesser Antilles.

Fraser's Dolphins  (Lagenodelphis hosei)  ______  seen offshore from Dominica

These Fraser's Dolphins were in a pod seen off Dominica during the FONT Lesser Antilles Tour in March 2000

Although found as a beached carcass back in 1895, this species was not scientifically described until 1956, and it was not seen alive until the early 1970's.

Whale Shark  (Rhincodon typus) ______ seen offshore from Puerto Rico

A Whale Shark, the largest fish in the world, seen during a pelagic trip off Puerto Rico,
